Hello and welcome to Superesponse 😃
Let's talk about SMTP settings for your whitelabel in this article.
First things first, what exactly are SMTP settings? SMTP, or Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, is a protocol used for sending and receiving email messages between servers.
To send emails from our dashboard and use our whitelabel, you'll need to set up your own servers. Here's how:
Head over to My agency.
Click on SMTP from the right side menu, or just follow this link to get there quicker.
You should now see the SMTP settings pa
Let's break down these settings:
SMTP Hostname: This is the address of the server that handles the sending of email messages using SMTP.
SMTP Port: This is a network port used by SMTP to send email messages between servers and from email clients to servers.
SMTP User/Email: This refers to the email address and associated authentication credentials used to send email through an SMTP server. These credentials are essential as the SMTP server uses them to verify that the sender is authorized to use the server for sending emails.
SMTP Password: Enter your password here.
After you've filled in these fields, don't forget to test the connection by clicking the Test Connection button. Also, do remember to save your settings by clicking the Save Settings button.
And, voila! You're all set.
